Rate Details

Exit Cleaning Fee for a 1 or 2 bedroom is $75
Exit cleaning fee for a 3 bedroom is $100
a refundable Security Deposit of $300 for 3 nights to 3 weeks of rental. This fee is given back to you 100% the day of your exit from condo with no damage.
a refundable Security Deposit of $500 for 4 weeks and more rental. This fee is given back to you 100% the day of your exit from condo with no damage.
a reservation Booking Deposit required of $500 minimum to make reservation of 3 nights to 3 weeks. Your booking deposit will be applied to the rent
You will receive $25.00 Electricity allowance. Any overages will be deducted from your Security Deposit upon exit of your condo
Reservation Booking Deposit required of $1,000 minimum to make reservation of 4 weeks and longer. Your booking deposit will be applied to the rent. Guest pays full electrical on monthly reservations.
Final Payment: Your balance 'in full' including Security Deposit is due upon entrance to your condo in US dollars and only payable in FULL no later than 60 days prior to arrival for rentals made 6 months and /or longer before arrival date.
LVR Airport Transfer Taxi is $35 USD each way for 1-4 guests.
